You enter the property through a large gate which leads into the terraced part of the garden. On your right a stone staircase leads up to a sunny first floor-level balcony. The front door and kitchen door both open onto this balcony. The front door takes you directly into the living / dining room. To the left is the brand new fully-equipped kitchen.
